Dena Goldberg, INHC
Founder, Owner, & Passionate Coach
Hi, I’m Dena Goldberg, an integrative health coach and mom specializing in helping families navigate the unique and often overwhelming journey of raising children and adolescents with chronic health challenges — including, but not limited to neurobehavioral conditions, PANS/PANDAS, and other related autoimmune conditions.
My approach is family-centered, recognizing that healing happens with collaboration and a multidisciplinary approach. I team up with parents and caregivers to help make sense of confusing symptoms, track changes, provide suggestions to help manage flares, and support the implementation of individualized treatment plans from physicians and specialists. Whether you are just beginning this journey and searching for answers, waiting for an evaluation, or already working with a specialist and need ongoing support between appointments, I’m here to help you feel grounded every step of the way.
I partner regularly with practitioners, including my mentor, Nancy O’Hara, MD, MPH, FAAP, in the functional medicine community to help families search for root causes, build care teams, and reach optimal health. My training as an integrative health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) has influenced my approach of providing a nonjudgmental space in which we can work together. I’m here to listen and coach you, offering insight, structure, and emotional support as you care for your child and family.
I look forward to connecting with you!
Warmly,
Dena Goldberg, INHC
